The order will be delivered to the address registered in the order, and the signature of the person at this address will be considered as your receipt of the order.

If we reach the registered address and no one is present at this address, please contact customer service to set another delivery time, noting that if you are not present at the agreed delivery time twice, additional delivery fees will be charged after that, and Sultan Stone Store will not be responsible for any request that exceeds 10 days from the first date of delivery of the order.
